Return Policy

All eligible items* must be returned or exchanged accompanied with original receipt and tags within 30 days of when you received your item(s). After 30 days, returns or exchanges are still eligible for a merchandise credit up to 90 days.

*Ineligible items include: Final Sale Items, Intimates, Gift Cards, Body Suits, and Swimwear.

How do I return or exchange my item(s)?

For returns, send us the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method. Tags must be affixed to clothing in order to be eligible for return. Returns are free for any order $60 or over. Orders less than $60 will be charged a flat fee of $5.00.

 

For exchanges, send us the item(s) you wish to exchange for free by using our shipping label. We’ll issue the refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method (or email you merchandise credit if more than 30 days have past the date of delivery) once we receive the item(s). We recommend purchasing your replacement item(s) as soon as possible as quantities are limited.

How do I initiate my return or exchange?

Step 1 – Fill out the return / exchange form. You can complete it by clicking here.

Step 2 – Affix the label you printed to the original packaging directly over the original mailing label. Make sure the merchandise and online packing slip are included.

Step 3 – Drop the package off at any FedEx location, drop box, or with a FedEx driver.

How long does it take to receive a refund or merchandise credit for online returns?

You should see a refund in 7-14 business days from the day we receive the original item. Merchandise credit will be emailed to you in the form of an e-gift card in 2-3 business days from the day we receive the original item.

How do I return an item you received as a gift?

If you have the original receipt, we can credit the original payment method or give you merchandise credit if it’s more than 21 days past the date of delivery. If you don’t have a receipt, you will be given merchandise credit.

How do I return an item that was bought on sale/with a promo code?

If you have your receipt, we will refund you for the amount that you paid for the items. If you don’t have your receipt, we will issue you merchandise credit for the current price of the item(s).
